Admission Requirements.
The admission criteria set forth below are the minimum standards established by the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology.
The school does not recruit students already attending or admitted to another school offering a similar program of study.
The policies and procedures of the college have been formulated and adopted to assure the student of comprehensive recognition and services from accreditation agencies, the Department of Education, employers, and funding agencies.

Qualifications for Admission
The courses offered by Jenks and Sand Springs Beauty Colleges are as follows: Basic Cosmetology, Nail Technology, Esthetician, and Instructor of Cosmetology.
All students are required to have an interview during admission. An application for admission must be completed and accepted prior to starting class.
The school requires of students:
(1) High school graduation documentation.
(2) High school graduation equivalency certificate.
(3) Verification of documentation for financial aid students (refer to Verification Documentation list).
Teachers Training Course:
(1) Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
(2) Must have successfully completed and passed the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology Basic Exam and be fully licensed in Cosmetology.
ALL STUDENTS MUST ATTEND ORIENTATION CLASS PRIOR TO STARTING COURSE.
